Our clients wished to build an updated version of their existing traditional beach house, a renovation and addition project originally designed by Mark Asher in the 1990s. The new plan features gracious outdoor spaces, including pool and patio. Summer winds and solar orientation were design considerations allowing natural ventilation to minimize the use of air-conditioning.
