The design of this new three-story Colonial-style home took inspiration from homes that have graced the neighborhood for a quarter-century or more. The beige stucco exterior, black shutters, and cooper barrel vault entry make an immediate impression. The attention to detail is reflected in the interior plan with deep windowsills, transoms, and a double-arch entryway leading to the back of the house.
