This home’s defining aesthetic is the architect’s skillful marriage of a classic coastal street presence with a modern beachfront elevation. A garden court leads to the entry stair hall where the formal gives way to clean modernism. The “glass box” stair joins varying zones and, along with grand expanses of glass, incorporates panoramic views into the lived experience of the home. A sunny, private beachside retreat is oriented toward the Southeast.
