Nestled at the tip of Seven Mile Island, this home captures panoramic dune and ocean views from every living space. The design is relatively compact, yet the raised ceiling heights add a sense of volume and light. The exterior preserves a traditional aesthetic while warm oak interior and exterior finishes add texture and richness. Ten-foot lift-and-slide doors open fully to the view, complemented by discreet roll-down screens and shutters for comfort and protection.
