An irregularly shaped lot presented design challenges for this beachfront project. The architect mimicked the shape of the lot when laying out the pool and patio to achieve a natural boundary along the dune line. The home features a primary bedroom suite on the beach side with a designer walk-in closet and a cigar lounge.
