This classic coastal home sits on an irregular lot that narrows toward the ocean, creating a unique design challenge. To maximize coastal vistas, the home was carefully configured to expand toward the rear, with generously glazed main living spaces oriented to the ocean. The split-level plan both enhances views and maintains bedroom privacy, while a side-entry garage helps maximize storage given the site’s limited width.
