Lydian Place Townhomes join the luxury residences along Philadelphia’s Avenue of the Arts, home to the city’s cultural, business, entertainment, and educational destinations. Each of the ten stately townhomes features 4,100 square feet of meticulous details and luxury finishes on six finished levels with elevator access. The design pays homage to Philadelphia’s classical townhouse vernacular, coupled with modern and bespoke exterior detailing.
